How our Eco fabrics are created
To make the fabric for the Eco range, plastic bottles are first separated, cleaned and sorted at a recycling plant. Next, the bottles are shredded and rewashed before being melted down. As it cools, the plastic reforms into pellets, which are melted a second time to create the flowing and durable yarn used to weave into beautiful Russells Eco fabrics.
