Whether you’re paying your deposit, a partial payment, or a final payment, you can follow the steps below. Please read carefully as our payment methods have changed.
Making a payment
You can make a payment via online bank transfer or phone.
For bank transfers, please include your order or invoice number as the reference. Transfers can be made to: Russells Curtains, account number 38-9025-0896377-00.
For payments via phone, call 03 546 3882 with your payment details. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Farmlands Card, Q Card, and Gem Visa. A surcharge of 1.5% may be charged on card payments.
Paying with Gem Visa or Q Mastercard?
We offer limited-term interest-free financing through both Gem Visa and Q Card. You can pay directly with your Gem Visa or Q Card via the steps outlined above.
